John Cord
John Cord joined the MedLaw Legal Team immediately after graduating from the University of Colorado School of Law in May, 2003. He concentrates his practice on representing injured consumers nation-wide against the manufacturers of dangerous pharmaceutical drugs, defective medical devices, and contaminated food. Additionally, he assists victims of serious medical negligence and other serious personal injury.
Mr. Cord is licensed to practice in Maryland, the District of Columbia, Pennsylvania, Georgia and Minnesota. He has represented clients in numerous other states by special permission of court.
Mr. Cord is a member of the American Association for Justice (AAJ), and the Maryland Trial Lawyers of America (MTLA). He is on the MTLA Board of Governors, and is a two-time past Chair of the MTLA New Lawyers Section. He is the current Chair of the MTLA Technology Committee.
