During his 18 years as a trial attorney, Mr. Hensley has been privileged to represent individuals and families dealing with the devastating consequences of medical negligence, dangerous products, automobile and trucking crashes, and work place accidents. Prior to joining the Medlaw Legal Team, Mr. Hensley was Managing Partner of a successful North Carolina based trial firm with an established reputation for aggressive and effective legal representation. Mr. Hensley has tried many jury trials involving serious injuries and damages in the State and Federal courts of North Carolina and has represented clients in throughout the mid-AAJntic region.

Mr. Hensley is a member of the North Carolina State Bar, the North Carolina Bar Association, the North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers, and the American Association for Justice.

Mr. Hensley lives in beautiful Asheville, North Carolina with his wife Jenny and their children John and Jordan.
