Tara Posner is the newest member of the Med Law Legal following her graduation from the University of Maryland School of Law. While in law school, Ms. Posner interned for the Honorable Ruth Jakubowski of The Circuit Court of Baltimore County and also worked as a judicial extern to the Honorable James S. Otero of the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Ms. Posner also served as President of Maryland Law School's Women's Bar Association. She concentrates her practice assisting victims of birth trauma, serious medical negligence and personal injury, as well as complex litigation. Ms. Posner graduated Cum Laude from Columbia University in 2004 with a Degree in Economics and was a member of the Field Hockey Team as well as Columbia University's first Woman's Golf Team.

Ms. Posner is licensed to practice in Maryland, Washington D.C., and Florida.
